Regional Sales Leaders

As the Regional Sales Leader (RSL), you will build and lead the inaugural sales team of Territory Sales Managers responsible for the successful promotion of approved Ophthalmology products.  This is done through establishing partnerships with key Ophthalmologists, Ophthalmic surgeons, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) accounts and regional / local hospital systems.  You will develop, implement and subsequently assess strategic plans for the region to deliver results. Critical responsibilities include the timely recruitment, selection, and evaluation of the highest quality talent.  The RSL role is vital to building upon the organizational culture which shaped by authenticity, collaboration and accountability.  You will be responsible for operations of the region, including meeting revenue goals and expense management.  Accomplishment of these goals must comply with Kala Pharmaceuticals policies and procedures. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
